Q. How fast do electric bikes go?
The regulation in Quebec allows electric bikes to reach a speed limit of 32km / h. Our bikes have been adapted to respect the law.

Classified as bicycles, a license, registration, or insurance are not required.
Q. What types of batteries does the bike use?
Our bikes are powered by lithium-ion batteries. The batteries of electric bikes are available with 48 volts and an intensity of 17 amperes. The higher the amperage of the battery, the more autonomy the bike has in the distance it can travel.
Q. How far can I ride on a charge?
On average, the e-bikes have a range of 55km. However, we only distribute the best electric bikes on the market that can travel more than 80 km on a single charge.
Q. How do I charge my battery?
To charge your battery, simply open the cap, insert the charger and plug it into a wall outlet.
Q. How long does it take for a battery to charge?
In general, most e-bike batteries take about 4 - 6 hours from an empty battery to full.

No, e-bikes do not recharge while pedaling.

With proper maintenance, batteries are good for a thousand full charges.
Q. How does my bike arrive? Do I need to assemble it?
Most e-bikes are shipped 90-95% assembled. Typically, the only assembly needed is to put on the front wheel, install the seat, handlebars and pedals. Then, after attaching fender, light and any other accessories, you are good to go!
